Prairie Hills By-Laws and Deed Restrictions
A retyped copy of the By-Laws of the Prairie Hills Homes Association is available for download by Association members. The by-laws define the membership and governing rules for the members and the Board of Directors of the Association.A Retyped copy of the Deed Restrictions is available for download by Association members. Copies of the original documents are available from the Johnson County Records office. The deeds outline the restrictions to improvements/changes to the homeowner's lots and homes.
