Monthly Meetings
Note: Meetings currently held on Zoom. The monthly meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of each Month at 7:00 PM at Brighton Gardens, 7105 Mission Road. All residents are invited to attend. The agenda and any notification of a change of venue or cancellation will be posted prior to the meetings. Meetings are typically not held in April and the July Meeting is the annual Board Members Dinner. For information contact: Caety Meyer
Annual Meeting - March
Note: Meetings currently held on Zoom. Annual meetings are held in March at the Prairie Village Community Center, 7700 Mission Road. All residents are encouraged to attend. The annual budget is approved during the business meeting. For information contact: Caety Meyer
Island Day - Each Spring
Island days are held each spring. Island captains and volunteers provide cleanup and new plants for the 14 islands located at street corners throughout the association. For information contact: Mark Stiles
Family Picnic - Summer
The family picnic is held each summer. Come join the fun of a family style picnic in Windsor park. Fun and food is provided free of charge to all association members For information contact: Kelly Kerr

Garage Sale - September
The garage sale is held each fall. Join with other neighbors to take part in the association wide garage sale. For information contact: Kelly Kerr
Fall Harvest Event - October
The Chili Supper and Pumpkin Contest is held each fall. Join with other neighbors to take part in the association wide fall celebration. For information contact: Kelly Kerr
Holiday Homes Tour - December
The Holiday Homes Tour is held each December. Visit the decorated homes of association residents. For information contact: Brenda Stiles
New Residents Welcoming - Continual
New residents to the association are provided with a welcome packet when they move in. For information contact: Katie Aguilera
Association Property Maintenance - Continual
Upkeep for the Islands, signs, etc are provided on a continual basis. For information contact: Mark Stiles
