Asa Steven Polston, 22, of 7712 Newton, Overland Park was found dead Friday at the home. He was a lifelong area resident. Mr. Polston graduated from Shawnee Mission West High School and had attended the University of Kansas. He was a member of Hillcrest Christian Church. He leaves his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Asa Polston, Overland Park, and three sisters, Mrs. Carolyn S. Vail, Fountain Hill, Ark., Mrs. Leona K. Kieth, Stilwell in Johnson County, and Mrs. Beverly L. Vail, Leavenworth.
Services will be Monday at the Elijah (MO) Church of Christ; burial in the Elijah Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the McGilley and Hoge Chapel and after 6 p.m. Sunday at the Robertson-Drago Chapel, West Plains, Mo.
