Rick was born June 26, 1957 in Kansas City, Kansas to Clarence Lee and Georgia Katherine (Lewis) Warner.  He grew up in Overland Park, KS where he graduated from Shawnee Mission West High School and attended Johnson County Community College.  He lived in Lenexa and moved to Spring Hill 19 years ago.  He started with Midway Ford in early 1978 as a Parts Counterman; in 1981 he moved to Major Cadillac and was Assistant Body Shop Manager there until 1982.  From 1982 until 1984 he was the Body Shop Manager for Shawnee Mission Ford.  In 1984 he started as the Body Shop Manager for Bob Sight Lincoln and was there until he returned to Midway in 1995, where he has worked ever since.  Rick was the largest individual shareholder of Midway USA Collision Center, where he served as President and was a member of the Board of Directors.

He was proceeded in death by his mother Georgia.  Rick is survived by his wife Susan and son Sam; father Clarence, Overland Park, KS; brother Danny Warner and wife Barb also of Overland Park.
