Sevices for Edmund Calvin Long, 31, Prairie Village, who died Sept. 4, 1988, in Kansas City, will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the McGilley & Hoge Guardian Chapel, burial in Sharon Cemetary, Drexel, MO. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the chapel. The family suggests contributions to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
Mr. Long was a lifelong area resident. He had been a computer consultant for Cap Gemini America for six months. He was a computer technician for AT&T Technologies, Inc. for two years. He served in the Army from 1978 to 1982.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Kay Long, a son, Jason Michael Long, and a daughter, Amie Elizabeth Long, all of the home; and his mother, Mary Belle Long, a brother Dennis L. Long, and a sister, Cheryl A. Long, all of Overland Park.
