A celebration of life for Michael Wayne Church, 52, Lawrence, will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at his sister's home, 2452 Phillips Road, in Perry.
Mr. Church died Tuesday, April 29, 2008, at his home.
He was born Aug. 31, 1955, in Lawrence, the son of Robert and JoAnn Church.
Mr. Church worked as a tile setter.
Survivors include his mother, Lawrence; a son, Brandon, Lawrence; a daughter, Angela Williams, Blue Springs, Mo.; two grandsons; a brother, Anthony, Lawrence; four sisters, Connie Boring, Athena Devers and Kelly Church, all of Lawrence, and Kathy Minerd, Ottawa.
